Instrucţiuni pentru autori

O publicaţie trans-disciplinară
NOEMA este o publicaţie anuală trans-disciplinară a Academiei Române.
Tematica articolelor şi comunicărilor propuse spre publicare trebuie să fie conformă cu obiectivele Comitetului Român de Istorie şi Filozofie a Ştiinţei şi Tehnicii (CRIFST) al Academiei Române.
Utilizarea termenilor tehnici este bine să fie expusă explicit. Acolo unde detaliile tehnice nu pot fi evitate, ele vor fi redate în anexe, lăsând astfel textul accesibil pentru cititorii nespecialişti în domeniul lucrării. Totuşi, în acele cazuri în care formalizarea este esenţială, ea va putea fi inclusă în text dar trebuie să fie însoţită, pe parcursul expunerii, de interpretări şi exemple clare.

Cerinţe de redactare
Lucrările vor fi prezentate în limba română sau în  engleză/franceză în MSWord cel puţin versiunea '97, format A5, la un singur rând, cu fontul „Times New Roman” 10 cu diacritice care se regăsesc în "Symbols" (Times New Roman). La început va fi inserat un rezumat în limba engleză cu fontul „Times New Roman” 10 Bold, de cel mult 150 de cuvinte, şi câteva cuvinte cheie tot în engleză. De asemenea, este necesară precizarea funcţiei şi afilierii autorului, eventual, ultima sa carte publicată. Lucrările pot avea cel mult 6.000 de cuvinte (incluzând anexele si bibliografia). În mod excepţional se admit şi lucrări mai lungi.

Textul
Literele mari vor fi utilizate numai pentru prima literă a numelor proprii şi a substantivelor care se referă la indivizi particulari. Italicele vor fi utilizate pentru cuvinte nenaturalizate. Astfel: Weltanschauung. Pentru acronime se omit punctele e.g. MP, USA.

Referinţele bibliografice
1. Notele de sfârşit (Endnotes) nu sunt permise.
2. Notele de subsol (Footnotes) se pot utiliza atât pentru comentarii cât şi pentru indicarea sursei bibliografice.
3. Bibliografia va fi redată la sfârşitul lucrării, în ordinea alfabetică a autorilor după numele de familie.
2. Nu se admite inserarea în bibliografie a unor lucrări care nu au fost citate în cuprinsul lucrării.
5. Indicarea unei surse bibliografice, în text în notă de subsol sau la sfârşitul lucrării, se va face după cum urmează.

Style Sheet and Guide to Authors

A Trans-Disciplinary Publication
NOEMA is an annual Romanian Academy Trans-Disciplinary publication.
Themes of submitted papers must be consistent with the purposes of the Romanian Academy Committee of History and Philosophy of Science and Technique (Comitetul Român de Istorie şi Filosofie a Ştiinţei şi Tehnicii – CRIFST).

The use of technical terms should be made explicit. Where the technical details cannot be avoided, they will be included in the annexes, leaving the text accessible to the non-specialist reader. However, in those cases in which formalization is essential, it may be included in the text but must be accompanied, during the exposure, by clear interpretations and examples.

General Points
Papers will be presented in Romanian or English / French. They will be edited with MS Word '97 version at least, A5, in single spacing, font "Times New Roman” 10.  Diacritics are obligatory in Romanian texts. 150 words Abstract as well as Keywords, in English, and also the affiliation and current position of the author (possibly his last published book) should accompany each submission. Papers will not exceed 6,000 words (including annexes and bibliography). Only as an exception, a longer work could be allowed.

Text
Capitals should be used sparingly. Use italics for non-naturalized words of foreign origin. Thus: Weltanschauung.
Omit full stops from common abbreviations and acronyms: MP, USA.

References
1. At the end of the paper a list of References should be added, according to the alphabetical order of authors’ last name.
2. It is not allowed to insert in the final list of References works that were not quoted or referred to within the paper.
3. Endnotes are not allowed.
4. Footnotes may be used for both comments and source references.
5. Indicating a bibliographic source, in text, footnote, and at the end of paper: like as appears in the following.

Sponsorship provides only the printed publication. The authors are not paid. An author, once published, must approve its use as reviewer in the census database.
